"Dropping my vehicle and I from my parents insurance due to me having 2 accidents within the past 3 years and my brother having 1 on his car. I didn't know you can drop someone from insurance because of someone else + someone else's car. I only have liability as well! Very inconvenient and dumb. Every time I have had to deal with them over the phone though they were nice and helpful but this is very inconvenient!!"

Charles helped me out a lot by showing me the difference between deductibles and coverage limits for my car so I could pick the package I wanted. Its a great office and really helpful, whenever I have a question I just shoot them an email and they get back to me promptly.
