"Dropping my vehicle and I from my parents insurance due to me having 2 accidents within the past 3 years and my brother having 1 on his car. I didn't know you can drop someone from insurance because of someone else + someone else's car. I only have liability as well! Very inconvenient and dumb. Every time I have had to deal with them over the phone though they were nice and helpful but this is very inconvenient!!"

"It was like divorce again..🙁they are totally ruining peoples life and business. The worst part is … They have no idea what they are doing. They are never communicate with client or escrow company. Even I caught it their mistake, but they never admit. They are always provide bad attitude I feel like I’m talking to “the ugly stepmother”. Never give a good advice but keep adding the money in your premium if anything changes. I’m so happy to get out their service, sorry, there is No service.
